How many guests can your mobile hospitality suite and bar accommodate?

Port-A-Party's integrated suite and mobile sports bar is designed to work as an integrated bar and portable party cover for 30 to 200 guests with under the roofline seating for over one hundred people. The portable bar seating typically is set up for 28 attached seats with 8 freestanding bar stools.

Can you setup a portable bar in a remote outdoor location?

Wherever the event, a Port-A-Party mobile hospitality suite and sports bar can be deployed to function as a self-contained, integrated event tent. As necessary, our power generators can be used to supply onboard power. We are the specialists in mobile bar event rentals for outdoor events, tournaments, tours, weddings and private parties - wherever you need us!

What kind of events are Port-A-Party trailers equipped to handle?

Our mobile hospitality suite and fully integrated portable sports bars are ideal for large festivals, music concerts, wine tastings, professional and collegiate sporting events, NASCAR tailgating, tour events, employee parties, corporate customer parties and a variety of private parties (see Mobile Sports Bar Venues).

Can I rent my party tents or event tables and chairs from Port-A-Party?

No. I'm sorry but we do not rent party tents. In fact, we don't actually own a tent. Our integrated turnkey bar and mobile hospitality suite is an integrated unit made of steel and aluminum. The event tent is really a solid unit that is a trailer to itself. We don't rent tents and neither should you. How much space does it take for an integrated hospitality suite and bar?

We offer a variety of configurations that will match the space available, whether you are at the track, a tour event, wedding party, sales event, private party, music concert or almost anywhere outdoors. The tailgating mobile tent suite requires a 24X40 foot space while a full party configuration is 40X40 feet. Can I have a special theme for my event rental?

Port-A-Party delivers and deploys a fully functional sports bar with the designed-in options for branding and signage that your event bar and party tent requires. Our integrated turnkey rentals can easily accommodate your banners, bar decorations or table centerpieces to complement your theme party, tour event or business presentation. An array of different branding options are available for tours or longer-term rentals.

What if I need extra party tents, I can I get extra tent rentals from you?

No. We are not in the tent rental business nor do we carry extra party tents in the hauler. Our mobile hospitality suite is a sectional, metal cover that's an integral part of the portable sports bar. Years of experience went into the design of Port-A-Party's mobile hospitality suite and when additional party, pouring or serving areas are required, the best rental solution may be to reserve a second mobile event trailer for your party.

Which amenities are furnished with your portable sports bar?

We've included many amenities. When we selected the turnkey features for our portable sports bar, we had your party in mind. You will experience state-of-the-art multi-media and HD viewing along with the convenience of drink taps, CO2 tanks, running water, stainless sink and capture tank, marbled counter tops, mounted bar stools, portable dining tables and chairs, and a hospitality tent with approximately 1700 square feet of coverage.

What if my event has a "time window" for setup and take down?

Our years of experience in tour management and event rentals have given us an appreciation for deadlines. We guarantee to have your mobile hospitality suite and portable sports bar deployed for your decorators, caterers, bartenders and staff at the contracted time. Typical load-in and load-out times are 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

What do I get with Port-A-Party mobile party rental?

Standard equipment for a Port-A-Party event rental trailer includes an integrated mobile sports bar, portable table seating, large screen HD monitors, a quad sound system, media players, effect lighting, satellite TV receiver, in fact, we even provide a mirror ball. A Port-A-Party mobile party rental rental trailer is a fully functional, self-contained, turnkey sports bar on wheels.

Can I play my Power Point presentation during the event?

Yes. Simply save your presentation to a DVD. We furnish basic audio/visual equipment that feeds four (4) big screen, high-definition TVs and a quad sound system. We also provide satellite and FM receivers, CD player and iPod connections for your party. Tent cover configurations can be utilized to optimize your layout for presentation seating.

What is a Port-A-Party event rental trailer?

Port-A-Party is a unique portable concept whereby an integrated turnkey event trailer transforms into a fully functional sports bar and portable party tent cover. Our self-contained event trailer works seamlessly for 30 to 200 guests with lots of room to mingle, relax and network with your sponsors, tour officials, event coordinator, clients or friends.

Does your mobile sports bar have provisions for water usage?

Yes. A Port-A-Party mobile bar is a turnkey event tent. Our integrated features can be set up to function as a self-contained infrastructure. You will have 50 gallons of water onboard with stainless steel sinks and a gray water capture tank with the same capacity.

How much space do I need for a Port-A-Party event tent hauler?

The Port-A-Party mobile hauler is a tri-axle 43-foot trailer with an 8 1/2 foot (102 inches) width. Ground clearance for our trailer is 6" to 10" based on the payload. The Mobile Sports Bars weigh-in at approximately 15 - 26,000 lbs. fully loaded with integrated event rentals such as our metal party cover, mobile sports bars, portable tables, bar stools, HD monitors, quadraphonic sound systems, media players, portable lighting and onboard power generators.

Are party tents and party rentals a big business?

We are not in the business of renting party tents or providing the bits-and-pieces for party rentals. Our metal cover is not your typical rental tent. A Port-A-Party event tent is really an assembled structure that becomes an integral part of our portable turnkey bar. However, the popularity of outdoor entertaining has grown substantially in recent years due to mega-events and tailgating at sports venues.
